Booking terms

These terms apply to direct bookings made through Pike House Escapes. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms shown at checkout and on this page.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP. Your total stay price and any selected extras are shown during the booking journey before payment. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Pike House Escapes does not store full card details.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive your booking confirmation email. If payment fails, your booking may remain unconfirmed until resolved.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible using the website contact details. Any cancellation charges, date-change fees or refund amounts depend on the policy agreed at the time of booking and the lead time before arrival.

Guest responsibilities

The lead guest is responsible for ensuring booking details are accurate and for the conduct of all guests during the stay. Guests must follow property guidance, occupancy limits, health and safety instructions, and local regulations.

Damage, loss and additional charges

Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents. We reserve the right to recover reasonable costs for damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or serious breaches of booking conditions.

Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out windows are provided in booking communications. If you need a special arrangement, contact us in advance and we will do our best to help.

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated from time to time. We may update these terms periodically; the latest version published on this page applies to new bookings.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
